Covid Consideration:

For the safety, privacy and enjoyment of our guest receiving beauty services while practicing social distancing I ask that you arrive alone. Children are not allowed to on the premises for safety precautions. 

RESERVATION FEE'S 

Clients requesting a reservation for the first time will be required to pay a deposit to hold the spot. If you have second thoughts we ask for you to think about it before you make a request. We are extremely busy servicing loyal clients, of course we welcome new clients but have strict policies to maintain a professional relationship from the very beginning. You are allowed to roll over your deposit (1 time) to a new reservation within 72 hours of confirmed appointment. 

The company reserves the right to charge a deposit on future bookings or request the service to be paid in full when a guest abuses the company cancelation policy.

MONETARY TRANSACTIONS

All major credit cards are accepted, Cash App, as well as cash or check. There is a $35 fee for any checks returned. 

ARRVIVAL

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Do not arrive earlier then your appointment time. Additional details will be provided during your reservation confirmation. 

Time is scheduled specific for the service protocol. After the Covid 19 situation additional policies and protocols are implemented to provide a safe environment and  equipment safety for clients and practitioner.

Guest must wear face mask. 

PRICES + SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur. We encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment to stay up to date.  Promotions  and special pricing cannot be combined.

SERIES OF TREATMENTS
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased in advance as a gift card or prepaid service. We will, however, exchange them for other products or boutique credit of equal value.

CANCELATION FEE'S 

Feel like your coming down with an illness a few days prior? Please consider the safety of the practitioner(s); contact Lash Esthetica within 24 hours to allow the practitioner to fill the reservation with clients who are waiting for an opportunity to open. Appointment cancellations 24 hours in advance will have no charge. Less 24 hours will have a scale charge. Starting at 50% of the service 8 hours prior. Less then 5 hours or NO SHOW is 100% service charge.  Your consideration to our services, policy and time is appreciated.

REFUND POLICIY

All services and gift certificate sales are final.  Skincare is non refundable due to health and safety policies.  

COVID  POLICIY

Additional protocols are added for extra precaution.  You will be taken on time. We ask clients to not arrive early or late. Do not come to the door until the practitioner instructs when it is safe.  We want all guest to feel safe during the visit. 

 

All staff will be wearing face mask at all times.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION​

  •  Parking is available in front of the building, on the street and in the parking lot across from the studio.​
