At Lash Esthetica  we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of  skilled lash application as well as beauty services  provided to nurture the well being of not just your face, but of your mind, body and spirit. It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering service with integrity by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients. 

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

All services are by appointment only and require that a credit card be left on file. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 48 hours  in advance for LASH SERVICES and at least 24 hours for other services. We value your business and ask that you please be courteous and understand that it prevents another potential client to book and/or limits the notification time to book a client on our waitlist. 

DEPOSITS

There is no deposit required at the time of scheduling for all services though a cancelled less than 24 hours OR IS A NO SHOW is subject to %50 of the cost of service.

CLIENT GUEST'S

For the safety, privacy and enjoyment of other client's receiving beauty services, please be a aware that if you bring someone with you to your appointment they will be required to wait in the beauty lounge and not in the room with you. As much as we PREFER not to have children in the studio for safety reasons, we understand that life happens. Children are the exception and cannot be left unattended and will be allowed in the room if they remain quiet. 

MONETARY TRANSACTIONS

All major credit cards are accepted as well as check. There is a $35 fee for any checks returned. 

ARRVIVAL

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any paperwork if you are a new client. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. 

PRICES + SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Promotions cannot be combined.

SERIES OF TREATMENTS
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or studio credit of equal value.

REFUND POLICIY

All services and gift certificate sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, unopened and presented with a receipt within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in product credit only. 

GRATUITY 

Gratuity is not included or expected for services or packages. It is of course, at your discretion if service was exceptional. 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We ask you to refrain from taking phone calls until after your departure. 

  •  Parking is available in front of the building, on the street and in the parking lot across from the studio.
